Operations Management Trainee Program
A Day in the Life Embark on an accelerated 12-month rotational journey across our plant, learning from industry experts and preparing for a future leadership role in Operations.
- Operational Rotations: Experience hands-on rotations.

We Are Looking For:
- Engineering graduate with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (or equivalent).
- Fluent English speaker with high potential in leadership and management.
- An entrepreneurial spirit paired with analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
