Di awal berdirinya pada tahun 1997, Otsuka merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd Jepang yang memulai perjalanannya di Indonesia dengan nama PT Kapal Indah Otsuka. Perusahaan ini terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical Jepang dan PT Kapal Api dengan Pocari Sweat sebagai produk pertamanya. Kemudian di tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka merubah namanya menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka adalah bagian dari Otsuka Parmaceutical Co., Ltd Jepang dengan produk terkemuka seperti Pocari Sweat, SOYJOY, ION WATER, dan Oronamin C. 1. Legal Staff

Requirement :

  • Oversee and manage all legal operations, ensuring the company’s compliance with foreign investment law and corporate law
  • Work closely with legal team member in drafting, reviewing and negotiating to protect the company interests, including maintain all business licenses of the company,
  • Collaboration with various departements to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, event and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the food and beverages industry and inform the company on any changes or potential impacts.
  • Handling General Affair jobs
  • Providing report for monthly

Requirement :

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of legal experience. Preferably in FMCG Industry
  • Has strong understanding of foreign investment law and corporate law
  • Have a strong learning quality, able to communicate and work well within a team
  • Experience in handling contract drafting, review and negotiation
  • Experience in handling all business license through Online Single Submission (OSS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory

2. Brand Communication Executive – SOYJOY

As the forefront brand guardian & communicator to consumers and stakeholders, in the format of event creation related to marketing, health & wellness-related activities, mainly in diabetic, hospital, office, and sports channels. This includes completing the PDAC Cycle (Plan, Do, Action, Check) and analyzing those activities.

Requirements :

  • Your life vision is not only helping yourself to be better but also others to be healthier & better too. Enjoying doing a healthy lifestyle for yourself and not being afraid to influence others to have a healthy lifestyle.
  • Integrity is a must ~ able to work without supervision.
  • Must be able to drive a car and have a car driving license (SIM A)
  • Have a can-do attitude, great initiative, analytical skills, and creative ideation.
  • Love to learn & be a better person every day
  • All majors are welcome, yet graduates from Nutrition Science, Public Health Science and Food Technology are preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and if you have an affinity for social media e.g Tiktok/Instagram would be a great plus.

3. QC In Process Control Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Min. D3 in Food Technology / Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering / Chemistry Analyst / Food Science
  • Ability to operate HPLC, Brix meter will be an advantage
  • Well understanding about In Process Control
  • Good problem solving skills and work well within a team
  • Willing to wrok in shifts
  • Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory

Routine Activity:

  • Carry out monitoring & control during the production process
  • Ensure that all chemical, physical, and sensory analysis parameters meet standard targets
  • Identify any abnormal process that possibly affect product quality

4. QA Product Handling Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Lulusan pendidikan jurusan Farmasi
  • Memahami secara umum konsep CPOTB dan GMP
  • Mengetahui sistem management ISO 9001:2015
  • Memiliki wawasan terkait product handling Food and Beverage
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Sukabumi Factory

Job Description:

  • Melakukan aktivitas random sampling check untuk produk jadi
  • Melakukan aktivitas monitoring retain sample dan stabilitas produk
  • Melakukan aktivitas preparation sample produk
  • Support aktivitas monitoring inspeksi produk
  • Support aktivitas administrasi QA
