What is PMDP?
PMDP is a program that designed to develop future leaders in the organization. The program provides a comprehensive overview of our business and operations, with a focus on engineering and operation position. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and gain exposure to various aspects.
Our comprehensive Pako Group Manufacturing Development Program were designed to provide recent graduates with the skills and experience necessary to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Through a combination of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning, you will gain exposure to various aspects of our business and develop a strong foundation for a successful career in management.
Responsibility :
- Participate in a structured training program that includes classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentoring.
- Placed through different departments within the company such as engineering or operation.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, processes and business.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Karawang Area.
