1. Management Accountant Officer
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Project Accountant, Cost Accountant, or in another relevant accounting function, with exposure to the Logistics & Shore Base or Oil & Gas industry
- Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial and accounting operations for projects
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing project financial reports and statements
- Strong knowledge and experience in invoicing processes, including variation claim tracking, rise and fall billing, and invoice status monitoring
- Skilled in preparing financial reports related to project performance and cost analysis
- Experience in annual project budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

2. Operation Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 in Logistics, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in fuel logistics within mining operations
- Must possess a valid POP Certificate
- Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting system
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

3. CSA Officer
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Relations, Communications, International Relations, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in external affairs, government relations, corporate affairs, or similar roles, preferably in logistics, oil & gas, or port-related industries
- Strong writing skills for short and medium-length documents, including reports and presentations
- Experience in managing permits and licenses, with a strong understanding of OSS (Online Single Submission) processes and government portals
- Familiar with handling periodic reports, deadlines, and due date tracking
- Experience supporting CSR and security-related programs is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills

4. Operation Support
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Industrial), Logistics or Management
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fuel operations, energy logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in fuel terminals, fuel vessels, depots, or distribution areas is an added advantage
- Good understanding of fuel distribution processes (storage tanks, filing points, tank truck fleet, vessels, flow maters, etc)
- Capable of reading and conducting preliminary analysis of stock and delivery reports, and managing inventory
- Familiar with fuel operation procedures and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Occupational Safety (K3), and Emergency Response protocols

5. Sales Officer
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Logistics, Services, Mining, or Oil & Gas industries
- Skilled in preparing and submitting tender documents, including administrative and legal requirements for vendor registration
- Able to coordinate tender requirements with other departements to ensure timely and complete submissions
- Experienced in creating client quotations based on client needs and company capabilities, aiming to drive revenue
- Able to process approved quotations and coordinate with commercial, operations, and finance teams
- Good understanding of SAP, especially in managing customer data and project setup
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Goal-driven and proactive in achieving sales targets
