PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh – (TRANS7) adalah sebuah stasiun televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia, yang semula bernama TV7 dimulai pada tanggal 22 Maret 2000 yang diumumkan dalam Tambahan Berita Negara Nomor 8687 Tahun 2001 tanggal 28 Desember 2001 sebagai PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh. Pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2006 Kelompok Kompas Gramedia membangun hubungan kerjasama strategis dengan CT Corp dan sejak itu TV7 berubah menjadi TRANS7. Berikut ini adalah Rekrutmen PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS 7) Terbaru.

Saat ini TRANS7 beroperasi berdasarkan Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran Nomor 1820 Tahun 2016 tanggal 13 Oktober 2016 yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia, sebagai bagian dari kelompok media yang berada dalam naungan CT Corp.

TRANS7 menjadi televisi pilihan pemirsa Indonesia dengan positioning Smart, Entertaining & Family. Dalam perjalanannya sampai dengan saat ini, siaran kami telah tersebar di 29 provinsi di Indonesia. Sebanyak 40 stasiun transmisi telah beroperasi untuk memperluas jangkauan siaran secara nasional dan dioperasikan oleh sumber daya setempat.

Saat ini PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7) memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Administration

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.

2. Content Creator

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Broadcast or Communication.
• Able to bring creative ideas to live on screen.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter that enjoys working collaboratively.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.

3. Reporter

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from Communication, preferably from Journalism, Broadcasting, or related field.
• Have a basic knowledge of scriptwriting, segment planning, and television production processes.
• Energetic, adaptive, and passionate about delivering inspiring and entertaining stories.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with team.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

4. Accounting

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting.
• Have Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Assertive, energetic, and having ability to work in fast-paced environment.

5. Secretary

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Administration or Secretariat Major.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Having ability to work in fast-paced environment, assertive & energic.
• Having experience as a secretary min. 1 year.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Camera Person

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Broadcasting or Journalistic
• Have knowledge & skill of Camera Standard Operation Procedure
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
• Having ability to work in fast-paced environment, assertive, and energetic

7. Media Industry Research

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Science or Statistics.
• Have an experience in research is an advantage.
• Have good analytical thinking and passion in research.

8. Editor

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree form Broadcasting, Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
• Have basic skill and knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and pacing to create engaging and emotionally resonant visual narratives.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio consistency in every output.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

9. Program Budget

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Any Major, Preferably from Accounting or Management
• Have a good knowledge in the basics of budgeting and financial reporting
• Assertive, energetic, and having ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Having good interpersonal skill.

10. Motion Graphic

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have a good skill in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D or 3D Max.
• Have an experince min. 1 year in the same field.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Assertive, energetic, having ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills.

11. Wardrobe

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Fashion Design or related major.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, moodboard, and designer labels.
• Interested in fashion styling.

12. Make Up

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from Cosmetology or related major.
• Having good knowledge of hairdressing and makeup artistry.
• Experiences as a makeup artist or hair stylist is an advantage.

13. Art Director

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree from Visual Communication Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental visual principles, including harmony, composition, and artistic style.
• Experienced or proficient in at least five key visual areas: Graphic Design, Set Design, Lighting, Property, and/or Styling.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with team.
• Adaptive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media environment

14. Music Arranger

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Performing Arts or related major.
• Experienced in Production Houses (PH), TV, or national-level media (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Previous work featured in advertisements, TV shows, or soap operas (sinetron) at a national scale.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Skilled in music arrangement, mixing, and mastering for professional production standards.
• Experienced in creating music illustrations, background scores, and film scoring for video trailers (VT).
• ⁠Assertive, energetic, having ability to work in a fast-paced environment, having good interpersonal and communication skills.

15. Content Development

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Communication or Broadcast
• Min GPA 3.00.
• Strong analytical thinking and passion in research.
• Interested in interpreting data and observing TV programs.
• Having good interpersonal and Communication Skill

16. IT

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Information Technology
• Min. GPA 3.00.
• Have a good skill in IT programming, network, hardware, or front end.
• Having ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Have an experience min. 1 year in the same field.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills.

General Qualifications :

• Assertive, energetic, having ability to work in a fast-paced environment, having good interpersonal and communication skills.
