This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Processing (Maintenance) Department, with direct reporting to the Coordinator – Maintenance Electrical dan Instrumentation.
- The Graduate Development Program –Maintenance (MNT01) is a position created for Bachelor of Electrical Engineering graduates starting from fresh graduates with 0-2 years of work experience, who will be educated and trained in a special development program to be ready to become an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. GDP Electrical Maintenance will be guided by the Superintendent – Electrical Maintenance and Senior Engineer – Electrical during the Graduate Development Program (GDP) development program. GDP Maintenance will focus on learning and developing to be able to understand and implement the methodology for maintaining mineral processing plants and supporting equipment in the electrical field to achieve production targets, factory operations and key performance indicator (KPI) targets in the maintenance and care of the plant in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with technical standards, policies and legislation as well as occupational safety standards.

- The Graduate Development Program – SCM supports the Contract function in the preparation, administration, and management of contracts across Martabe operations under the guidance of the Superintendent of Contract Formalities and the Senior Contract Engineer. This position is part of a career development program (Graduate Development Program) designed to provide comprehensive exposure to Contract & Procurement processes through on-the-job learning, mentoring, and cross-functional rotations. - Assist in preparing daily and weekly mine plans aligned with production targets, equipment availability, and ore quality requirements.
- Assist in designing pit sequences, dumping locations, and stockpiles related to short-term mine planning to ensure alignment with medium- and long-term mine planning.
- Assist in clearly communicating and coordinating mine plans with all production-related departments, such as Mine Operations, Survey, Geotechnical & Hydrogeology, Mine Geology, Processing, Mine Project, and contractors.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Geotechnical & Survey Department, with direct reporting to the Surveyor.
- The Graduate Development Program – Geotechnical & Survey is to strengthen the Survey Department’s capability in supporting mining operations, particularly in data collection, field measurement, and survey data processing. As mining activities continue to expand in both open pit and underground areas, the workload for daily survey tasks, drone mapping, and compliance reporting has significantly increased. A Graduate Surveyor will be developed to support these operational needs under the supervision of senior surveyors. 18. Environment
This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Environment Department, with direct reporting to the Supervisor – Mine Rehabilitation.
- The Graduate Development Program – Environment is to ensure the implementation of the environmental management system, environmental management activities comply with the AMDAL/ESIA (Environmental and Social Impact Analysis), the Internal Biodiversity Code of Practice, and other environmental regulations, including ISO 14001. Conduct biodiversity management, particularly related to mycorrhizal culture programs, bacterial cultures, tissue cultures, and other microorganisms. In general, participate in biodiversity management and monitoring programs around the PTAR concession area, including monitoring the protection and rescue of flora and fauna, monitoring and managing aquatic biota data, enriching the rehabilitation of degraded forests, and conserving and producing local trees. Prepare timely environmental management performance reports, including providing data for environmental inspections, audits, environmental assessments, or other purposes, in accordance with regulations and SOP.
Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environment, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resource Management or Equivalent.
- Experience in the cultivation and monitoring of microorganisms, including their identification.
- Experience as a laboratory analyst.
- Familiarity with Environmental Management in Mining or other industries for at least 1 year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and Forest Rehabilitation.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian Environmental Regulations.

- The Graduate Development Program – Exploration is to assist Geologists in all technical matters related to the Exploration program, under close supervision.

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geology Science.
- Desirable master geological software and understand GIS.
- Fresh graduate with at least two years of exploration experience.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to organize a team are a plus.
- Knowledge of geology related to precious metal deposits (especially gold).
