Lowongan Kerja PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia)
Saat ini Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Equipment Engineer Supervisor
Responsiblity :
- Responsible for the construction and implementation of a three-level daily maintenance system of plant equipment
- Join for the recruitment process and building a team for the equipment repair team
- Developing capacity and daily management of the equipment repair team
- Responsible in establish and implement of the spare parts management system for equipment
- Preliminary research on investment plans for equipment upgrades, technical reforms, plan preparation, etc.
Qualification :
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management for injection molding/assembly equipment. Able to solve complex equipment problems during production.
- Have an deep understanding of the structure of injection molding machines and production line equipment and know the local maintenance market resources
- Have strong problem solving skills, and be able to develop emergency and corrective actions to keep the production process running smoothly
- Having a work experience as an electrical and machine supervisor at Sharp/Haier/Panasonic/Samsung/Aqua/Polytrol and other brand washing machines is a plus point
- Have a driver’s license
- Proficient in English both spoken and written (essential for this role)
2. Logistic Supervisor
Responsiblity :
- Responsible for building and improving warehousing and logistics management systems, optimizing inventory control, logistics within the industrial estate, and internal logistics systems.
- Oversee warehousing and logistics operations, formulate and implement warehousing and logistics work plans, conduct various operational standards and procedures for warehouse and logistics management, improve internal efficiency, and effectively reduce warehousing and logistics costs.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain for fast and accurate delivery of materials; responsible for setting daily management indicators for warehousing and logistics, process management, and comprehensive audits in the jurisdiction.
- Ensure data accuracy in warehousing and logistics systems and oversee data governance.
- Plan and implement logistics projects, ensuring their timely completion.
Qualification :
- Minimum of Bachelor degree / Above with related to logistics management, supply chain, industrial engineering and other related majors.
- Five years of experience in logistics engineering, logistics management, or other related positions.
- Familiar with logistics management processes and have the ability to plan and design systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills, team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong skills in related fields, and skilled in solving and overcoming the planning, execution, and implementation of logistics projects.
