PT Cipta Megaswara Televisi (KOMPAS TV) atau Kompas TV salah satu televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang berdiri sejak November 2011 dan berfokus kepada televisi berita. Kompas TV dimiliki oleh KG Media yang merupakan anak usaha dari Kompas Gramedia. Nama Kompas TV sendiri diambil dari media cetak yang dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia,yaitu Harian Kompas. Selain itu Kompas TV juga memiliki beberapa platform media yang memudahkan penonton untuk melakukan Live Streaming program yang sedang tayang seperti K Vision, TransVision, Firstmedia, Transvision, Big TV, Max3, Orange TV,Kompas.TV dan melalui kanal sosial media Youtube Kompas TV.

Recruitment Officer
Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new joiner (TV & Radio)
- Working closely with Hiring Managers and facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs
- Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Manage monthly employee’s status and analyze the performance appraisal
- Plan and implement employer branding to support the hiring process
- Manage social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology is required for this position
- Have minimal 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist
- Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies
- Have a interview skills (BEI) and editing will be an advantage
- Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools
- Digital savvy, team player and collaborative person
- Willing to work as soon as possible
