As a LDP Trainee, you will embark on a transformative development program focused on enhancing your skills and preparing you for a future leadership role within our company. You’ll collaborate with diverse departments, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in operations, project management, and team leadership. Your role will involve supporting daily activities in your assigned department, engaging in training sessions, and contributing to impactful strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics from a reputable university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale or equivalent).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities.
- Availability to travel and work at various locations across Indonesia, particularly in Sulawesi and Halmahera.
- POP certification and prior leadership experience is a plus.
