PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. General Requirement:
- Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL

1. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF
Foster collaboration among team members while ensuring adherence to company policies for a productive workplace. Offer targeted coaching to employees who have committed disciplinary offenses to help them understand the impact of their actions and guide them toward improved behavior. Engage with the department risk owner to proactively foresee and mitigate potential labor risks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Law, Management
- Discipline and firm
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

2. PARTS EXPORT CONTROL STAFF
Effectively operate export by managing parts order from Asian Parts Center Thailand, coordinating with local procurement & in house team to ensure parts availability, and achieving time delivery target.

- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management
- Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and processing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations)
- Have knowledge in supply chain

3. PARTS INVENTORY CONTROL STAFF
Manage parts inventory levels to meet market demand and enhance customer service satisfaction, ensuring a continuous supply of non-current parts under optimal purchasing conditions.
