1. Front Office Staff
Job Description :
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).
- Train, supervise and support company staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Handle specific customer complaints and requests.
- Troubleshoot emergencies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Highschool Graduate/ Diploma (D3) Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with front office management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

2. Account Payable Staff
Job Description :
- Checking payment request documents received to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Perform reconciliation with the bank to determine the company’s financial status, including if a transaction fails
- Make a recapitulation of tax deductions to serve as the basis for making SPT
- Make payments and report employee taxes according to the due date to ensure company tax compliance
- Collect the required data and/or make reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related major
- Fresh graduate open to apply
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounts payable processes.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
3. Account Receivable Staff
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Mengawasi semua kegiatan operasional akuntansi dan pembiayaan serta bertanggung jawab atas proses akuntansi dan pembiayaan secara menyeluruh
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
- Memiliki keterampilan analitis, pemecahan masalah yang baik, dan detail oriented
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Word, Excel, dsb) dengan baik
