1. Data Analyst Intern

Job Description :

Create a data plan
Designing and carrying out data collection processes
Perform data analysis and conclude recommendations from the analyzed data

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Statistic Science, (Active student or Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Good at communication skills and proactive
Familiar and able to use Ms.Office, SQL, or SPSS
Proficient in Phyton will be a plus
Willing to do internship for 6 months

2. Material Preparation Intern

Job Description :

Material preparation process analysis
Re-layout Machine Area & trial implementation
Re-Engineering material preparation implementation. process

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, (Active student & Fresh graduate are welcome)
Understand Lean Manufacturing
Have knowledge in Production Layout & Facility
Familiar with Quality System & Management
Willing to do internship for 6 months

3. Organization Development Intern

Job Description :

Review job roles, discuss tasks with users, and collaborate with Affco.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics, (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome)
Capable to use Microsoft Office
Interest and have knowledge in the field of Human Resources, especially Organizational Development
Active in organization or committee
Good interpersonal communication skills

4. Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern

Job Description :

Support Recruitment & Employer Branding Project
Handling end-to-end internship activity
Assisting in employee recruitment activity
Assisting in company employer branding program

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Management, or Communication, (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome)
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferably having experience in recruitment/branding field
Able to design & video editing for publication

5. People Analytics Intern

Job Description :

Create and integrate people profiling database
Create dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting
Process performance data into KPI values
Use analytics to provide insights and predictions

Requirements :

Bachelor degree majoring in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome)
Basic knowledge of human capital management
Skilled in MS Excel, data processing, data visualization, and analytics

Job Description :

Review and improve employee performance plans
Create and update KPI standards
Analyze performance and productivity reports

Understand Business Process, Management Process ISO 9001-2015
Familiar about the Flow Process, Quality Management System

8. Product Technical Support Intern

Job Description :

Provide technical support, gather data for trials, and review trial results regularly
Research and analyze literature on product support to enhance the project concept

Job Description :

Support projects related to production efficiency and capacity improvement
Collect, process and analyze take time data and calculate capacity & line balancing

Requirements :

Diploma degree majoring in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome)
Able to use Solidwork (Basic), Ms Excel, & Ms. Visio
Able to read Techincal Drawing

11. Technical Training Development Intern

Job Description :

Actively involved in creating modules related to technical materials, such as machines and part as well as repair processes.

12. Reman Engineering Intern

Job Description :

Collect and organize technical drawings
Modify and update existing technical drawings
Convert technical drawings to follow company standards
Prepare detailed technical drawings

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design, (Active student or Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Good communication and proactive
Able to work independently or in teams
Able to do literature reviews and prepare teaching materials
