1. FGDP Mine Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description :

• Managing the Infrastructure Development function which includes supporting activities in the form of providing concepts, designs, and recommendations related to the infrastructure needed by all departments so that production and operational activities can run effectively and efficiently.

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate S1 – Civil Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Having 1-2 years of work experience in the same field is also welcome
• Strong in Technical Competencies 
• Good in Communication
• Detail oriented
• Proactive

2. FGDP Subcont & Fleet Management Officer

Job Description :

• Manage and supervise subcontractor contracts and coal barge fleets, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as optimizing costs and resources to support smooth mining operations.

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate D3/D4/S1 – Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Having 1-3 years of work experience in the same field is also welcome
• Strong in Technical Competencies required according to Job Description
• Good in Communication & Teamwork
• Detail oriented & Have a good problem solving skills

3. FGDP Coal Sourcing Officer

Job Description :

• Source Data Collection & Updating ; Recording changes in prices, quality specifications, and supply conditions periodically.
• Coordination and Initial Negotiations with Suppliers ; Supporting the sourcing team in negotiating prices, volumes, and supply schedules.
• Document and Contract Administration ; Preparing and archiving coal purchase bid documents, agreements, and contracts,  Ensuring the completeness of supplier legal and technical documents before transactions proceed,  Inputting contract data into the ERP system or internal database.
• Supply Realization Monitoring ; Monitoring the progress of supplier deliveries according to the contract (schedule, quantity, and quality), Following up on any supply deviations, delays, or quality discrepancies., 
• Reporting & Analysis ; Preparing weekly/monthly reports on source developments, market prices, and supply realization, Assisting in analyzing coal price trends, comparing prices between suppliers, and evaluating supplier performance.

• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Having 1-3 years of work experience in the same field is also welcome
