Available Position :
1. Logistic Planning Intern
Job Description :
- Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Assess the effectiveness of import part direct supply and external logistics order sharing
- Evaluate logistics workflows at the plant site to optimize operations
- Provide recommendations based on the analysis to improve logistics efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes
- Office location: TMMIN Head Office, TMMIN Karawang Plant 1, 2, 3 & TMMIN Sunter Plant 1, 2
2. Part Export Control & Documentation Intern
Job Description :
- Improve the Part Export System (BEST) to streamline processes
- Visualize project progress and track key performance indicators
- Analyze data and generate reports on project performance
- Develop and document SOPs related to the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system’s effectiveness.

3. Software Engineering Intern
Job Description :
- Write and implement algorithms for autonomous and telematics systems using C++ or Python
- Develop basic computer vision algorithms for autonomous system development
- Design hardware, including PCB, utilizing microcontrollers and sensors
- Assist in enhancing autonomous vehicle and connected systems for internal usage
- Collaborate with the team to test and refine system performance and provide updates on development progress

4. Process Quality Audit Intern
Job Description :
- Optimize the Quality Assurance network jobs using digital applications
- Create A3 reports to analyze and improve processes
- Develop presentations tailored to the participant’s level
- Ensure the clarity and accuracy of reports and presentations
- Support continuous improvement in quality assurance processes

5. Shipping Quality Audit Intern
Job Description :
- Develop daily and monthly dashboards for Shipping Quality Audit (SQA)
- Standardize the process for inputting data into the SQA system
- Ensure the smooth operation of the SQA system
- Support the digital transformation of quality audits
- Monitor and update the system based on the needs of the SQA team
- Office location: TMMIN Head Office, TMMIN Karawang Plant 1, 2, 3 & TMMIN Sunter Plant 1, 2
6. Mobility and Services Intern
Job Description :
- Create standardized business operation processes for Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) and Mobility business
- Develop and analyze business canvas for KaaS and Mobility
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest enhancements
- Support the creation and execution of business strategies related to KaaS and Mobility services
- Develop materials and presentations to communicate business strategies and process improvements effectively
