PT Patra Drilling Contractor (PDC) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa penunjang dalam industri energi di Indonesia. Anak Perusahaan PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (Pertamina Drilling) yang merupakan bagian dari Subholding Upstream Pertamina. Lowongan Kerja PT Patra Drilling Contractor (PDC).

PDC (selanjutnya disebut sebagai Perseroan) didirikan pada 11 September 1981 sebagai perusahaan nasional pertama yang fokus menyediakan layanan pengeboran lepas pantai di Indonesia sebagai prioritas pertama. Setelah 38 tahun berkontribusi dalam penyediaan energi nasional, Perseroan semakin memantapkan langkahnya menjadi perusahaan jasa penunjang industri energi terdepan yang mengutamakan keseimbangan antara aspek people dan , profit dan planet.

Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan pertumbuhan kinerja Perseroan secara eksponensial yang diiringi dengan penguatan pada aspek sosial dan lingkungan. Langkah nyata yang dilakukan Perseroan yaitu dengan memperkuat tata kelola keberlanjutan terutama di bidang kesehatan, keselamatan, keamanan dan pelestarian lingkungan serta mendorong pemerataan kesejahteraan sosial di masyarakat sekitar proyek. Saat ini PT Patra Drilling Contractor (PDC) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Jr. Analyst General Services

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Establish and manage partnerships for general trading and general services in alignment with predefined plans or programs.
  • Participate in tenders to support project success.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer and distributor partners in accordance with the work plan for general trading and general services, focusing on technical project aspects.
  • Support the operational implementation of general trading and general services projects.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function to fulfill project needs and ensure smooth execution of general trading and general services activities.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in general trading, services, or project management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for engaging with manufacturers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with supply chain and procurement software is a plus (SAP ERP).
  • Experience in tender processes, operational project execution, and preparing periodic performance reports.
  • Detail-oriented, team player, and proactive with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

2. General Trading & Services Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee strategic partnerships for general trading and general services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and predefined plans.
  • Lead participation in tenders to secure opportunities and drive project success.
  • Build and maintain effective collaboration with manufacturer and distributor partners to support the execution of work plans, with a focus on technical project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and partnership alignment.
  • Supervise the operational execution of general trading and services projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Proactively address operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates, to provide insights and inform decision-making.
  • Analyze data and trends to recommend strategies for improving project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function and other internal teams to ensure the effective fulfillment of project requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize resources and enhance project delivery.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in general trading, services, or project management, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with manufacturers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience with supply chain and procurement software (e.g., SAP ERP) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing tender processes, overseeing project operations, and preparing comprehensive performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and team leadership skills.
