PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) adalah sebuah anak perusahaan Mitsubishi Motors Corporation untuk produksi mobil penumpang dan kendaraan komersial ringan di Indonesia. Sebuah perusahaan terpisah, bernama PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (juga disebut MMKSI) menangani pemasaran dan penjualan mobil penumpang dan kendaraan komersial ringan Mitsubishi di Indonesia. Kendaraan Mitsubishi Motors telah hadir di Indonesia sejak lebih dari 40 tahun lalu. Per tanggal 1 April 2017, PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI).
Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap pemintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel. Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, yang tentunya hal ini diperuntukkan bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.
Lowongan Kerja PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia
Saat ini PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Launching Control Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing part allocation and trial schedules
- Controlling Engineering Orders (EO) and BoM updates
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for trial parts
- Monitoring localization activities
- Supporting ISO and HSE compliance
2. Material Handling Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Production plan: timely preparation for layout, MP calculation and equipment
- Production process: supply & inventory management to ensure on time and accurate result
- Invoicing: match supplier invoice with MMKI system to ensure on time payment
3. Part Arrangement Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Materials Planning & Procurement: Ensure timely and accurate ordering of parts and materials based on production schedules (MRP)
- Inventory & Data Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage obsolete inventory, and ensure the accuracy of critical master data, Bills of Material (BOM), and cost information within the SAP system.
- External Coordination: Manage the flow of materials for overseas factories, coordinate delivery schedules, and handle necessary direct import documentation.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Analyze additional costs, execute loss reduction plans, and identify opportunities for system improvements and increased work efficiency.
- Supplier Relations: Conduct capacity surveys and coordinate with suppliers to assess and secure future material supply.
- Reporting & Compliance: Lead annual inventory counts (Stock Taking), calculate CO2 emissions related to transport, and ensure all activities adhere to company safety and compliance regulations.
4. Quality Control Body Inspection Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and improve measurement accuracy of main body and parts
- Execute and improve activities in QC, including: welding quality check, torque check, adhesive condition check
- Prevent defects and its recurrence
- 4M change control of outsource & inhouse parts
- Assure warranty and line claim recovery from supplier
- Response to KDQR claim to maintain and improve quality at KD destination factories
Requirements :
- Formal Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or a related Department of Engineering.
- Working Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Sharp analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
