PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) merupakan salah satu tempat kopi yang untuk pertama kalinya berdiri sejak 2022 lalu. Coffee shop satu ini menghadirkan berbagai minuman kopi yang diracik menggunakan 100% biji kopi arabika berkualitas terbaik. Dari sejak berdiri hingga saat ini, sudah ada 60 gerai Tomoro Coffee yang berlokasi di area Jabodetabek. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee).

Tomoro Coffee sendiri hadir dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan kopi berkualitas tinggi kepada para penggemar kopi di Indonesia. Tomoro Coffee juga ingin memberikan pengalaman minum kopi yang luar biasa kepada para pelanggannya melalui aplikasi sebagai pintu masuk. Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee)

Saat ini Tomoro Coffee memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Supervisor Warehouse Hub Samarinda

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, hub, or distribution operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
Familiar with last-mile delivery process and hub operations
Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/WMS systems
Good communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
Willing to work flexible hours weekends if required
Willing to be placed on Sungai Pinang, Samarinda

Job Descriptions :

Oversee daily operations of the Samarinda hub to ensure smooth receiving, sorting and dispatch processes
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with SOPs
Coordinate with the central warehouse and other hubs regarding replenishment and order fulfillment
Ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules in line with company service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Maintain a safe, clean and organized hub environment
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

2. Admin Warehouse Hub Samarinda

Job Requirements :

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, Diploma (D3) preferred
At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, warehouse/hub operations, or logistics is preferred
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry systems
Detail-oriented and accurate in recording and verify data
Ability to work with schedules, delivery documents, and inventory lists
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
Basic understanding of warehouse and delivery processes is an advantage
Willing to work in shifts or overtime when required
Physically fit to perform both administrative and operational field tasks
Willing to be placed on Sungai Pinang, Samarinda

Job Descriptions :

Handle daily administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods at the hub
Prepare, check, and file delivery documents (DO, invoice, manifest, etc)
Update inventory data and shipment status in the system accurately
Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Asisst with physical tasks such as sorting, moving, and arranging packages in the warehouse
Support the Supervisor in preparing operational reports
Ensure poper filling and documentation for audit purpose
