PT Jawa Satu Power adalah badan usaha patungan antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (“PPI”), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. dan Sojitz Global Investment B.V. Didirikan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2016 sebagai perusahaan dengan tujuan khusus dalam menjalankan, mengendalikan dan mengelola aset kegiatan usaha pembangkit listrik Jawa-1 yang merupakan pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas dengan teknologi CCGT terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Jawa Satu power menangani lebih dari 20 perusahaan yang terlibat, 3 anggota konsorsium utama, 2 anggota tambahan di FSRU (PT Jawa Satu regas), 3 pemberi pinjaman senior (JBIC, NEXI, ADB) ditambah 5 bank komersial (Mizuho, MUFG, societe generale , bank OCBC, agricole kredit), 3 kontraktor EPC utama, dan penasihat keuangan, hukum, dan teknis. Lowongan Kerja PT Jawa Satu Power
Saat ini PT Jawa Satu Power membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Tax Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable taxation laws and regulations.
- Perform and oversee the tax administration process, including
- Timely reconciliation, equalization, and reporting for VAT Out and VAT In GL vs SPT to Web E-Faktur.
- Timely reconciliation, equalization, and reporting withholding taxes 21/22/23/26/4(2) to DJP Online
- Support for Calculate Corporate Income
- Monitor and report updates on Indonesian taxation regulations and analyze their impact on the business
- Lead and oversee tax audit processes, including reviewing outputs from tax consultants
- Liaise closely with tax authorities and external consultants to resolve tax-related issues effectively
- Support data preparation for Transfer Pricing and handle submissions for DGT Tax Treaty P3B forms
- Identify tax-saving opportunities, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Provide support for tax accounting treatments and other related activities as needed
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation
- At least 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably with a background in tax consulting
- Certification in Brevet A & B is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, transfer pricing, and related laws
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

2. HSE Manager
Requirements :
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university. A Master’s degree may be advantageous
- A minimum of 12 years of proven HSE experience in power plant industry or petrochemical plant
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role within power plant industry or petrochemical plant
- Thorough understanding and application of health, safety, environmental, and risk management principles
- Expertise in developing and implementing HSE strategies, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and Environmental and Social Management Systems
- Proficiency in risk management techniques, with the ability to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate HSE risks systematically
- Strong advisory skills, providing authoritative guidance on health, safety, and risk management issues
- Comprehensive understanding of power plant operations, including hazards, potential consequences, and safeguards
- In-depth knowledge of international safety standards and the ability to ensure their implementation across various facilities
- Proficiency in emergency management, encompassing fire-fighting, medical response, spill handling, and search and rescue
- Competence in developing and maintaining safeguards to prevent or mitigate incidents, including hardware and procedural elements
- Prioritization skills to reinforce the hierarchy of controls and allocate resources based on risk profiles
- Strong computer literacy, including fluency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional leadership abilities, emphasizing team building, accountability, and the cultivation of an HSE-focused organizational culture
- Proficient in effective verbal and written communication, including precise language and the ability to argue based on standards and legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and English literacy for effective teamwork, presentations, official correspondence, and HSE policy execution
