PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. telah memiliki sejarah yang sangat panjang di industri semen nasional. Cikal bakal pendirian Perseroan telah dimulai sejak 1975 dengan berdirinya PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) yang memiliki pabrik semen dengan kapasitas terpasang sebesar 500.000 ton di wilayah Citeureup, Jawa Barat.
Pada Oktober 2016, Perseroan mulai mengoperasikan pabrik ketiga belas yang disebut Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi 4,4 juta ton per tahun ini merupakan pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement dan HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, kapasitas terpasang Perseroan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen/tahun.

Saat ini PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Senior Auditor
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, implementing & reporting audit tasks for the finance & accounting function within the company & related business units. This includes ensuring compliance with job descriptions, internal auditing responsibilities, auditing standards & the code of ethics.
- Design and execute audit plans, conduct audits and prepare reports that provide clear insights and recommend objective assurance and advisory designed to add value and improve an organization’s.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes
- Ensure the independence and integrity of the audit process, findings, opinions and recommendations by maintain objectivity and impartiality throughout the audit, and supported by evidence and are accurate, reliable, and relevant to the audit objectives.
- Ensure that all aspects of the audit are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, free from any external influences or conflicts of interest.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company data, information, policies, manuals, SOPs, transactions, records & reports.
Qualification :
- Master degree in Finance or equivalent
- Having minimum of 5 years of experience in related industry
- Experience in auditing and/or Risk Management Assessment would be preferred
- Good communication skills
- Result Oriented, Accountable, Teamwork, High Integrity & Pro Active
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be placed in Citeureup (Bogor) Office
2. Performance Improvement Manager
Qualification :
- Degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
- Concrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering, processes, control system, and staff management
- Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
- Ability to apply understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
- Ability to apply technical recommendations is a progmatic, hands-on way to the actual operating environment
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to engage people into a data-driven management culture
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills, and the strong desire to work alongside and support our line management with all aspects of continuous Performance Improvement
- Strong communication skills to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO in an international environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Strong ability to a coach and motivate peers without direct lines of authority
- Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus
