PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. telah memiliki sejarah yang sangat panjang di industri semen nasional. Cikal bakal pendirian Perseroan telah dimulai sejak 1975 dengan berdirinya PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) yang memiliki pabrik semen dengan kapasitas terpasang sebesar 500.000 ton di wilayah Citeureup, Jawa Barat.

Pada Oktober 2016, Perseroan mulai mengoperasikan pabrik ketiga belas yang disebut Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi 4,4 juta ton per tahun ini merupakan pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement dan HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, kapasitas terpasang Perseroan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen/tahun.

Saat ini PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Head of Plant Controlling Department

Responsibilities :

Review and approve manual journal such as accrual, prepaid, cash receipt, etc
Review and approve accounting data in the system
Review monthly detailed schedule
Coordinate with other divisions related to assignments
Responsible for the preparation of many kind of reports and in-depth analyzes of the entire plant production activities
Any other duties assigned by the management
Monthly Closing and Reporting
Reviewing and finalizing the preparation of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecast

Qualifications :

Minimum Education Background: Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Expected experience : 10-12 years (preferable experience from Public Accountant)
Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English
Willing to be placed in Tarjun, South Kalimantan
Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Have analytical and critical thinking also problem-solving mindset
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Self motivated, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic

2. Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities :

Check & ensure the completeness of payment documentation along with three way matching process, government regulation & accounting standard
Responsible to do the registration and verification process to create Disbursement Processing Slip & payment journal
Coordinate with related parties if any review & correction needed
Prepare Monthly Accrued and Payable Report
Prepare accrued and payable aging report and do some action to control long outstanding balance

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Expected experience : 2-3 years experience related to Account Payable
Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint)
Willing to be placed in Citeureup (Bogor) Office
Having good problem solving skill, analytical and logical thinking, have ability to work under pressure and against tight deadline, has attention to detail and has strong initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a good team player, Excellent communication (written or verbal)

3. Bulk Sales Officer – East Indonesia

Responsibilities B2B Sales / Sales Project :

Manage and drive performance national chain/level of bulk cement/Ready Mix and industry customer, maintaining long and valuable relationship to achieve sales target bulk cement and KPM achievement by Implementation of commercial competitive strategy to maintaining company competitive advantages.
Ensuring good customer relationship management, and good complaint handling.
Ensuring excellent execution of sales plan and trade marketing promo in field execution, in such a way that comply with code of conduct, competition law, and comply with management system standards: ISO standards, Environment and safety standards, SMKP, and SMP (Security Management system).
Develop and design potential trade programs and ensure the success of deployment.
Provide feedbacks on monthly sales planning
Develop, leverage & manage existing customer portfolio & product mix, at each segmentation, to drive market growth, achieve sales target and KPM.
Find out opportunities in infrastructure, government project, and any other development where need bulk delivery.
Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc)
Regularly visit to customer to know opportunities for development and to increase goodwill.
Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor implementation solution to Group Bulk to achieve remaining target on remaining days.

Qualifications :

Office Location : Balikpapan/Samarinda/Makassar
Have strong communication skills especially in English language both written and spoken. Having a proficiency in speaking Mandarin/Hokkien is preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor in Building Materials/Concrete industry
Strong in implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept.
Education Background : Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from all major with minimum GPA 3.0
Outstanding ability in influencing and interpersonal skills with key internal and external stakeholders (Communication Skill).
Good customer negotiation skill and complaint handling (Negotiation Skill).

Ability to motivate Sales Force and drive individual effort to achieve desired target
