Job Description :

• Responsible for managing the supply chain and distribution of materials at the mining site. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient logistics management, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services that support mining operations.

Responsibility :

Job Description :

Responsibility :

• Assist in the implementation of operational funding per management decisions.

4. SPV Mine Plan Engineer

Job Description :

• Lead and supervise mine planning activities, ensuring optimal extraction and efficient use of resources. Develop and implement short-term and long-term mine plans that align with production goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility :

• Supervise and coordinate the development and execution of mine plans
• Analyze geological and geotechnical data to optimize extraction methods and ensure feasibility with production teams.

• Manage and supervise daily production operations, including PA ratio, Lost Time during operation, and ensuring that operation targets are met.

9. Foreman Fuel

Job Description :

• Responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth distribution of fuel in the mining area. This position supervises the team and ensures fuel is used efficiently, as well as maintains the fuel system that supports the operation of heavy equipment and company vehicles.

Responsibility :

• Lead and supervise the distribution of fuel at the mining site
• Manage fuel stock, ensuring that it is available in accordance with the operational needs of the site.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of the fuel system to ensure its optimal functioning.
• Ensure that all safety procedures related to fuel management are strictly adhered to in order to prevent accidents or mishaps.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on fuel consumption and system maintenance, providing insights into usage trends and maintenance activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma education, preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Relevant fuel management or safety certifications are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or heavy duty industries.
• Knowledge of fuel distribution systems, heavy equipment operations, and maintenance troubleshooting. Familiar with SOP on fuel distribution & safety

10. Mechanic A2B/DT

Work Location: Willing to be placed across  HWA mining site

Job Description :

• Ensure the implementation of periodic service, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities as per standard to achieve the targeted PA.

Responsibility :

• Arrange and divide tasks for helper mechanics to carry out periodic service work, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform periodic maintenance based on P2H from operators, including oil and grease replacement.
• Conduct preventive service maintenance (HM), including the replacement of parts/materials, repair, cleaning, and inspection of service materials.
• Create a Hazard Report (HR) and take appropriate safety action on the unit in the event of a hazard in the field.
• Responsible for handling tools and ensuring tools are in place after use

Requirements :

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment or distributor parts.
• Able to maintenance various heavy equipment units such as
• Hitachi/Sany/Sumitomo/Hyundai/Komatsu/Caterpillar/Ling Gong, and Hino.
• Having certification in Basic Manual Course (BMC), Advance Course, and
• Product Knowledge is preferred.

11. Auto Electrician

Work Location: Willing to be placed across  HWA mining site

Job Description :

• Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles and heavy machinery and unit to ensure their optimal functioning and safety.

Responsibility :

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, AC, lamp and components.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in automotive electrical systems is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an auto electrician.
• Strong knowledge & practical experience for troubleshoot and repared of heavy automotive unit electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, AC, and electronic control units for Dump Truck and other heavy equipments.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

12. Tyreman

Work Location: Willing to be placed across HWA mining site

Job Description :

• Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of tires on heavy machinery and vehicles in the mining sector, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibility :

• Inspect and assess tire condition on mining vehicles and equipment.
• Perform tire maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Monitor tire pressure and tread depth to ensure safety and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service activities.
• Collaborate with mechanics to address any tire-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all tire operations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent; certification or training in tire maintenance is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in tire servicing, preferably in the mining industry, with or without the help of tyre-support machinery

13. Dispatch

Job Description :

• Responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of transportation and logistics operations for the plant, ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials and personnel.

Responsibility :

• Schedule transportation of materials and equipment to and from the plant.
• Track vehicle and shipment movements in real-time.
• Communicate with drivers, operators, and management for smooth operations.
• Resolve transportation issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in dispatch operations.

Requirements :

14. Surveyor

• Responsible for conducting surveys and mapping locations designated for the creation of rice fields. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate measurements and mapping, enabling the land development project to proceed smoothly and according to plan.

Responsibility :

• Conduct field surveys and coordinate measurements for planning rice field development.
• Create topographic maps and land development plans based on survey results.
• Prepare survey reports and provide recommendations regarding land use.

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during welding activities.

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan bus karyawan atau manhaul yang digunakan untuk pengangkutan karyawna tambang ke lokasi tambang, memastikan penjempuran dilakukan dengan tepat waktu dan aman.

Responsibility :

• Mengemudikan bus manhaul dan melakukan penjemputan sesuai meeting poin
• Memastikan kendaraan dalam kondisi baik dan melakukan pemeriksaan rutin sebelum beroperasi.
• Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan regulasi lalu lintas selama mengemudikan kendaraan.

17. Operator Dozer

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat dozer D6 dan/atau D85 dengan efisien untuk mendukung pekerjaan pemindahan material, pembersihan lahan, serta perataan dan persiapan area tambang.

Responsibility :

• Melaksanakan tugas operasi Dozer sesuai dengan rencana kerja
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap kondisi alat berat sebelum/setelah operasi.
• Menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja yang telah ditetapkan, menggunakan alat pelindung diri, dan memastikan area kerja dalam kondisi aman.

18. Operator Excavator

Work Location: Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat dalam aktivitas penambangan, seperti penggalian material, pemuatan ke truk angkut, serta memastikan operasional berjalan lancar dan aman. Posisi ini memerlukan keterampilan teknis dan kepatuhan terhadap protokol keselamatan kerja.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan excavator kecil (20 – 50 ton) dan/atau besar (80 ton) untuk penggalian, pemindahan, atau pemuatan material tambang.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan harian dan perawatan ringan pada unit excavator untuk memastikan kelayakan operasional.
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di area tambang.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk menyelesaikan tugas sesuai target

19. Operator Grader

Work Location: Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat grader untuk mempersiapkan, meratakan, dan memelihara jalan area tambang atau area lain yang memerlukan tingkat permukaan tertentu, memastikan operasi berjalan dengan aman, efesien, dan sesuai standar.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan alat berat grader untuk meratakan atau menyelesaikan permukaan jalan tambang, area penggalian, dan permukaan lain di tambang.
• Memastikan jalan tambang tetap rata, aman, dan dapat dilalui oleh kendaraan tambang lainnya seperti dump truck atau alat berat.
• Menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja yang telah ditetapkan, menggunakan alat pelindung diri, dan memastikan area kerja dalam kondisi aman.

Work Location: Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat wheel loader dengan efisien untuk memindahkan material tambang, memuat atau mengangkut material ke lokasi yang tepat, dan mendukung kelancaran operasional tambang.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan LGMG/SKT (Wheel Loader) untuk memuat, memindahkan, dan menurunkan material tambang sesuai rencana kerja
• Melakukan pemeriksaan harian terhadap kondisi wheel loader sebelum digunakan (mesin, sistem hidrolik, rem, roda, dan lainnya).
• Menggunakan wheel loader untuk menyusun material tambang, memindahkan tanah atau batuan, serta meratakan material di area yang dibutuhkan
• Berkoordinasi dengan supervisor, pengawas, dan operator alat berat lain untuk memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana operasional tambang.

Requirements :

• Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan berdomisili di Kalimantan Timur.

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) untuk mengangkut material tambang, seperti batuan atau tanah, dari lokasi penggalian ke area yang telah ditentukan dengan aman dan efisien.

Responsibility :

• Mengemudikan ADT untuk memindahkan material dari lokasi tambang ke area penumpukan atau lokasi lainnya sesuai dengan rencana operasional tambang.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan harian pada kondisi ADT (mesin, sistem hidrolik, ban, dan lainnya) untuk memastikan alat dalam kondisi optimal sebelum digunakan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pengawas tambang dan operator alat berat lainnya untuk memastikan proses pengangkutan berjalan dengan lancar dan tepat waktu.

Requirements :

Work Location: Site ADP – Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat compactor untuk memadatkan tanah atau material lainnya, menjaga kualitas permukaan dan memastikan area tambang siap untuk proses selanjutnya. Pekerjaan ini membutuhkan ketelitian, keterampilan teknis, dan pemahaman tentang teknik pemadatan di medan tambang.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan alat compactor untuk memadatkan tanah, batuan, atau material tambang di area yang ditentukan sesuai dengan instruksi kerja.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan harian pada kondisi alat (mesin, sistem hidrolik, ban, dan lainnya) untuk memastikan compactor berfungsi dengan baik.
• Melakukan pemadatan tanah atau material dengan cermat dan sesuai prosedur agar permukaan tanah menjadi stabil dan siap untuk dilalui alat berat lainnya.

23. Operator Dump Truck

Work Location: Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Melakukan pengoperasian unit yang dilamar dengan baik dan benar, memastikan P2H unit dilakukan, memastikan area kerja aman, dan memastikan target produksi yang diberikan tercapai.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan Dump Truck untuk mengangkut material tambang seperti batu bara, tanah, atau mineral.
• Memastikan Dump Truck berfungsi dengan baik sebelum dan sesudah operasional (Daily Inspection).
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk efisiensi kerja.
• Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perawatan kendaraan kepada tim mekanik.

Requirements :

• Minimal Lulusan SMA sederajat, diutamakan berdomisili Kalimantan Timur
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun diposisi yang sama.
• Berpengalaman mengoprasikan dump truck, terutama DT Hino 500/700
• Memiliki SIM B2 / B2 Umum aktif
• Dapat berkomunikasi dengan tim secara efektif untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan koordinasi antar operator alat berat.

24. Operator Water Truck

Work Location: Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan truk air dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional tambang, termasuk menjaga area tambang tetap bebas debu, mendistribusikan air secara merata, serta memastikan alat berat bekerja sesuai dengan standar keamanan dan efisiensi.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan Water Truck untuk penyiraman jalan tambang guna mengurangi debu.
• Memastikan pengisian dan distribusi air dilakukan dengan aman dan efisien.
• Melakukan inspeksi harian terhadap kondisi Water Truck sebelum dan sesudah digunakan.
• Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perawatan kendaraan kepada tim mekanik.

Job Description :

• Memastikan pengisian bahan bakar yang aman dan tepat waktu untuk alat berat dan kendaraan operasional di lokasi proyek. Posisi ini sangat penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional di lapangan.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan fuel truck dan memastikan proses pengisian bahan bakar dilakukan dengan aman dan sesuai standar perusahaan.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin pada truk bahan bakar sesuai SOP
• Mematuhi semua protokol keselamatan dan kebijakan operasional
• Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perawatan kendaraan kepada tim mekanik.

• Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kelancaran pengisian oli pada alat berat dan kendaraan tambang sesuai jadwal. Posisi ini juga melibatkan pemeliharaan rutin Lube Truck serta mendukung operasional tambang dengan menjaga efisiensi dan keandalan alat berat.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan Lube Truck untuk pengisian pelumas pada alat berat tambang.
• Memastikan ketersediaan dan kualitas pelumas sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional.
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap kendaraan Lube Truck sebelum digunakan.
• Mendukung kegiatan pemeliharaan alat berat dengan menyediakan pelumas tepat waktu.
