Sejarah Adaro Dimulai dengan guncangan minyak global pada tahun 1970-an. Hal tersebut menyebabkan Pemerintah Indonesia merevisi kebijakan energinya, yang hingga saat itu difokuskan pada minyak dan gas, dengan memasukkan batubara sebagai bahan bakar untuk penggunaan dalam negeri. Dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 9 Februari 2022, para pemegang saham menyetujui perubahan nama perseroan menjadi PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk yang sebelumnya merupakan PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Perubahan ini menandakan status perusahaan sebagai perusahaan nasional dan menunjukkan komitmen PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk untuk berkontribusi lebih jauh ke Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Projects Development Superintendent

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible to analyze and identify all activities related to Projects Development of Power Generations by using various technologies to achieve number of new projects, and target set by management.

- Conduct studies, analyze data, and information related to feasibility study, bidding and development phase, including contractors, advisors, and partners selection to obtain new projects that is required by Company’s strategy through tender processes and acquisitions or other schemes.
- Analyze alll processes related to Adaro Power’s Group projects development, including coordinating and negotiating with all related parties, both internal and external.
- Develop, improve, and establish positive relationships with external parties (networking), including business partners, government institutions / agencies in order to achieve the company’s business strategy by coordinating with External Relations Division.
- Identify and analyze Projects in terms of schedule, cost, budget, and document (i.e. tender, pre-contract) to minimize cost overruns and exposure on financial liabilities.
- Identify and analyze materials and sources of information needed by divisions for negotiations with shareholders, partners and other external parties.
- Coordinating with project finance, legal, and Finance Accounting & Tax teams with regards to contracts, and related to Lender’s due dilligence processes and negotiations in order to achieve project’s financial close, construction until COD.
- Analyze and check progress report, meeting notes, non-commercial documents related to Projects Development issues at all level of Adaro Power’s management team to present recommendations, request approval, discuss project objectves and resolve project problems.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Engineering or Law
Minimum 2- 3 years experience in Business Development at the same level of Superintendent / Assistant Manager, preferably for power plant or renewable energy projects
Good understanding of the IPP Bidding Process, Commercial Contract, and Financial Model will be an advantage.
Multi-tasking ability and able to work independently as well as in team
Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
Good command in English both verbal and written

2. Technical Specialist Renewable

Job Responsibilities :

To collect or acquire, analyze, compile, and consolidate all the accurate technical data and resource/site information as per standards or related codes, applicable regulations, including any requirements on the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) as part of the “Site Studies Report” to be sufficiently used for the FEED, resource assessment, performance optimization, Configuration Study for the fully compliance & competitive bid documents, any assigned techno-economy analysis or study and/or technical specifications/MFS for EPC Contract as per project needs, i.e., Performance, Schedule, Budget, and Compliances and as required for the development, M&A, implementation and O&M of the Renewable and Geen Energy projects.
- To collect/acquire, analyze, compileand consolidate all the required primary and secondary data (e.g., resources/site conditions, survey, data measuring, and site studies) either by in-house and/or together with Site/ LocalConsultant(s) as part of the “Site Studies Report” in order to be sufficiently used for the FEED, resource assessment, performance evaluation, configuration study as per Project Needs.
- To identify, analyze and compile all necessary technical specifications, scope of works, technical requirements to be fully covered in the Technical Bidding Documents in order to be fully complied with PLN’s RFP/PPA and Lenders requirements or Project Needs.
- To coordinate and works with technical consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors with the aim to get the most optimum performances ( Reliability, Availbility and efficiency) and competitiveness (Capex&Opex) on the selected technology and/or technical solutions or as per Projects needs.
- To play a key role or lead in the Technical and ESG preparation, selection, execution as part of the EPC contract for the Projects
- To assist the other Company’s subsidiaries and/or Specific Project Company (SPCs) in providing technical supports as per requested
- To identify, prepare and screening the proper technical Consultants (both local and international advisors), EPC contractor, subcontractorsand/or OEMs selection and recommendation the most suitable / preferred candidates to meet with Project needs.
- To perform other duties as appointed by superiors.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering (Renewable/Sustainable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry)
Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, O&M Engineer, Performance Engineer preferably in Renewable Energy Industry
Preferably having exposure in Renewable Energy Power Plant Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance
Have good knowledge about International and National Codes & Standards and Regulations related to the Renewable Energy, including National Grid Code and TKDN
Good command in English both verbal and written
Good communication, coordination and time management skill.
Willing to be based in Jakarta, DKI Jakarta

3. Procurement Section Head

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct analysis and implementation of all activities and processes for procurement of goods and/or services so that company operations can run well in accordance with established SOPs and company policies.
- Implementing the strategic plans and policies for the procurement process in the Company to be in accordance with OKR, target and company’s needs.
- Conducting planning and analyzing data and information related to the procurement mechanism for goods and/or services, including the preparation of tender documents for evaluation of offers, awarding contracts, budgets, schedules, risk management and supporting documents needed in the process so that it runs effectively and efficiently, in accordance with applicable standard operational procedures (SOP) and Company policies.
- Analyzing and managing all procurement contracts for goods and/or services including changes to contracts, dispute resolution and administration to minimize contract violations.
- Analyzing vendor performance and checking vendor compliance with the delivery of goods and/or services against the provisions of the contract including the specification and schedules that have been agreed.
- Regularly reporting the procurement process (on schedule, on budget and on time) and problem solving solutions that will impact the continuity of procurement needs in the project
- Providing support and assistance needed by Sub-ordinates if there are problems in the Procurement process for the procurement of goods and/or services.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major, preferably from Economics or Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as Procurement Section Head or Assistant Manager
Have good knowledge about Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Good command in English both verbal and written.
Good communication, coordination and time management skill.

4. Contract Management Officer

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, and Company’ group interests are protected.
- Review and draft various commercial contracts to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory and internal polices, also ensure that Company’s group interests are protected.
- Provide commercial support and advices to all department and management.
- Review and advice management on implications of any contracts entered by Company’s group
- Maintain registration of contracts and maintain the validity of contracts/agreements
- Prepare and maintain regisration of corporate approvals
- Liaise with Group’s legal team for procurement contract finalization
- Maintain procurement compliance to regulations and internal policies

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or other major with related experience, preferably from reputable university
Have minimum 5 years in Corporate Legal, Commercial and/or Contracts Management
Preferably have exposure in Contract Management and Tender Management
Good interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skill
Good analytical thinking and problem solving
Preferably good command in English both verbal and written

5. Government & External Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities :

Implementing Government & External Relations activities and work programs in order to support the smooth operation of the company’s business related to the community, government and non-government agencies, and maintaining the image of the company for stakeholders.
- Implementing work programs in order to support the achievement of the 5Y + 1Y Government & External Relations plan and the smooth operation of the company’s business related to external parties.
- Maintaining good relations and make coordination with stakeholders in accordance with applicable procedures, and handling input and complaints from stakeholders, including local governments, government and non-government agencies, PLN, and internal parties of the Adaro Group to support efforts to develop a positive image of the company and the company’s operational activities.
- Identifying potential social risks related to the company and reporting all technical/social obstacles related to land acquisition issues, land compensation or other community issues.
- Coordinating with the company’s internal regarding government apparatus inspections to the company in order to create a comfortable and attractive atmosphere for guests visiting the company.
- Documenting Government & External Relations activities that have been held and preparing data needed for company development projects.
- Collecting information related to changes in government regulations and policies that have an impact on Government & External Relations activities.

Jo Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Law/Management/Communication
Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Public Relation Officer/ Government & External Relation Officer
Preferably having exposure in energy industry
Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
Good command in English both verbal and written
