1. Business Process Transformation Intern

• As a Business Process Transformation Intern, you’ll join the team that drives change behind the scenes—streamlining internal operations, solving inefficiencies, and building smarter ways of working. You’ll support cross-functional transformation initiatives by mapping current workflows, identifying pain points, and turning them into opportunities for automation and improvement. Using low-code tools like Power Automate, Office Script, Power Apps, or even Excel Macros, you’ll help bring digital solutions to life. This internship is the perfect launchpad if you’re passionate about optimizing processes and want to experience how digital transformation works in a large-scale, fast-moving business like Blibli.

Qualifications :

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Systems, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Committed to a full-time 6-month internship
• Passionate about digital transformation, automation, and operational efficiency
• Familiarity or previous experience with low-code platforms, AI/ML projects, or automation tools
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate, Office Script, or Power Apps is a strong plus
• Proactive, analytical thinker, and eager to explore new ideas

2. Creative Design Intern

• Creativity meets purpose in this role. As a Creative Design & Video Intern, you’ll play a key part in supporting Blibli’s communication and branding efforts—both internally and externally. You’ll create engaging visual content and video assets for social media, internal events, and marketing initiatives. You’ll also help with documentation of key company activities and contribute to content creation that reflects our brand’s personality and energy. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and staying on top of creative trends, this role is your canvas to grow and express ideas.

Qualifications :

• Active undergraduate student from a relevant major such as Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Creative Design
• Able to work on multiple projects within deadlines
• Owns a personal laptop suitable for creative work
• Proficient in basic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software
• Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good eye for current trends
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a strong plus

3. Brand Management Intern

• As a Brand Management Intern at Blibli, you’ll dive deep into the world of branding and strategic marketing. You’ll support the team in crafting impactful brand messages, designing integrated marketing communications (IMC), and analyzing market dynamics to drive brand growth. 4. Cash Management Intern

• As a Cash Management Intern at Blibli, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Finance team’s daily operations. You’ll assist in journal entries, transaction monitoring, and ensuring accuracy in banking reports. This role offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of cash flow operations and financial compliance in a dynamic business environment. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about finance operations, this internship will give you a strong foundation in corporate financial management.
