1. IT Project Management Superintendent (Jakarta)
Lead, manage, and coordinate IT Strategic Projects from the planning phase, budgeting, project documentation, and progress control at Adaro Logistics Group. Ensure projects are executed on time, meet expectations, and align with the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering /Information System / Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
2. Finance & Accounting Staff (Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Responsible to perform all finance, accounting & tax activities in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.
- Carry out payment activities and corporate bank receipts in accordance with SOPs; keeping records and financial reports as well as monitoring the availability of company funds.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or related position.
- Have an excellent administrative, attention to detail, & communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP).
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Office).
3. QHSE Staff (North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan)
Carry out Safety Health and Environment operational activities in accordance with SOP and other HSE rules to ensure that all workers in the work environment can work in guaranteed conditions for their safety and health.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Environmental Engineering or Public Health.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.
- Competence in Health and Environment Management Standard & HSE Management System Audit
- Knowledge in K3LH.
- Willing to placed in North Kelanis, South Kalimantan.
4. Fuel Anayst Staff (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Min. D3 majoring in Petroleum Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

5. Crane & Loader Operator (North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan)
Operate cranes and loaders safely while avoiding equipment damage.
Capable of handling various types of cargo to ensure safe lifting and transfer operations in barge-to barge coal transfer activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in operating cranes and loaders.
- Understanding of safety standards for equipment operation.
- Have a valid SIO Crane and SIO Loader certificate.
