PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) merupakan Kawasan Industri pertama terintegrasi di Indonesia yang diperuntukkan untuk memfasilitasi proses pengolahan mineral dan produksi komponen baterai kendaraan listrik. Lowongan Kerja Terbaru PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP).
Kawasan Industri Weda Bay dikembangkan di Weda, Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, Propinsi Maluku Utara, Indonesia dan sudah memulai konstruksi sejak dilakukan upacara peletakan batu pertama di (Pilling Ceremony) di tahun 2018, yang dihadiri oleh Menteri Koordinator Ekonomi dan Maritim, Bapak Luhut Pandjaitan dan Menteri Perhubungan Bapak Budi Karya Sumadi dan sejumlah tokoh nasional dan tokoh masyarakat setempat diantaranya CEO PT Aneka Tambang, Gubernur Maluku Utara, Bupati Halmahera Tengah, Sultan Tidore, Kapolda Malut dan pastinya penduduk desa Weda yang sangat antusias berpartisipasi di acara tersebut. Konstruksi tahap pertama diharapkan akan siap untuk beroperasi pada Quarter 1 2020.
Kawasan Industri Weda Bay mempunyai visi dan misi untuk melakukan kegiatan industri yang berkelanjutan dan mengurangi emisi rumah kaca dengan berpedoman pada prinsip.
Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP)
Saat ini Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Accounting Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Fluent in Mandarin (read, writing and speaking)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): financial report, PSAK, Ms. Excel
Responsibilities :
- Making journal entry and general legder
- Preparing financial reports
- Reviewing financial statements
- Assisting audit process
- Liaise with HR Departement for payroll process
- Monitoring petty cash and loans
- Reviewing payment request process
2. Marketing Development Specialist
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Management / Business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experienced in marketing field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good at powerpoint
- Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan area with regular business hour
Responsibilities :
- Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure that their quality, cost-effectiveness delivery time and service levels meet company requirements
- Analyze market conditions, find new potential suppliers and build good relation with suppliers
- This position also requires to resolve issues arising in the supply chain and conductiong market trend analysis to support strategic sourcing and decision making
3. Marketing Assistant
Requirements :
- Minimum diploma degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Good in communication verbal and non verbal, positive attitude and goal oriented
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities :
- This position in mainly responsible for daily administration work, assisting in integrity training, collecting and translating integrity training materials; filling supplier information and assisting in organizing agreements
4. Tax Specialist
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Accounting / Fiscal Administration / Taxation
- Hold brevet A/B Tax certification
- Required skill : Good in Ms Excel
- Required Language(s): Mandarin
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
- Good knowledge of Indonesia Tax Laws and Regulations
- Excellent communication and team oriented personality
- Able to work with deadlines
Responsibilities :
- Process monthly tax routine including calculation, payment and reporting
- Updates and translate current tax regulations to the management, able to identify tax accounting and transactions that have tax implications, do tax research, interprenting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations
- Assist in Tax compliance checking and accuracy of tax obligantions
- Providing required data / documents related to tax audit process
- Able to file tax Return and prepare related documents
- Communicate with internal PIC related to data completion for tax Audit and compliance purposes
- Communicate with external parties (Tax Office/Consultant) related to solve tax audit issues
5. Project Support Staff
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Building design or permitting of Building project
- Able to calculate cost estimation (RAB/RAPP/BAQ)
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP2000, Sketch Up
- English Fluency, both oral and written
- Willing to work on group project with frequent business travel to Mlaku Utara
Responsibilities :
- To Monitor/inspect work progress in site and ensure all administratior and / or permit related to the project are completed and according to applicable law
